My husband paid to have flowers guaranteed to be delivered before noon, because I leave work at 3pm. They were not delivered until 1:30pm. The colors were to be pink and green, my favorite combo of colors. The orchids were big yellow orchids. I emailed customer service about the time of delivery and the response, I received was "we show your flowers were delivered". Doesn't anyone really read the emails. VERY doubtful will ever use services again.
Quick and easy in a pinch, which is what I was in! Beautiful selection and reasonable prices. Only thing that did not work out was delivery time. I paid extra to have the flowers delivered before noon and they did not arrive until much later. I called customer service and they quickly refunded what I paid for the early delivery and offered a $10 coupon as well. Even though they arrived late, I would still recommend them. The flowers were beautiful.

I feel that the price was too high for the size of arrangement that was delivered. I ordered the large arrangement and the one that was delivered looked like the size of the medium. Overall, the delivery time was excellent.
In the future, please state delivery/service charges upfront. Otherwise, the website was easy to use and if the flowers are as lovely as they look, I will be a repeat customer. The person who received the flowers was very happy with her gift. I live in Florida, she lives in NY.

Picked you because you offered same day delivery even on Sunday. But many hours after I placed my order I get a call that they can't do it because the store is really not open even though it says it is in the computer system. It was so late I just got stuck and had to go with delivery the next day.

The arrangement delivered was not at all close to what I purchased online. Not the color of the flowers, not the vase pictures or in description. Paid $55 for something I could have purchased at a grocery store for $15. Will never trust this site again. Beware!

When the customer service person called to let me know that my order could not be delivered as I saw in the picture, it was very hard to understand her on the phone. My order was substituted but really was not what I would have wanted to be delivered. Unfortunately, there was not enough time to change my mind. I felt the arrangement was a little pricey for what they received.
I tried to use paypal when checking out, it had me log in however did not charge my account so I just did it with my normal credit card. I will be upset if it bills me more than once.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
