Did not look like what I picked out, only thing right it had the right flowers but vase and flowers was not arranged the same
The website was easy to navigate and I was pleased with the prices. Fromyouflowers was unable to locate a florist who could deliver on the day I specified (Sunday) so they quickly emailed me and offered an upgrade with delivery the next day. I was fine with that and appreciated the upgrade. The florist called to tell me that the recipient was not home and the flowers had been left with the neighbor (he even gave me the neighbor's address). I thought that was courteous. However, my aunt just sent me a picture of the flowers and it was not at all what I was expecting. I selected a florists' choice sympathy bouquet and expected it to be all white flowers like the pictures indicated. This was a bouquet of cheaper flowers with lots of color. If this was an upgrade, I'm afraid to see what my original purchase would have been. I would give an A for experience but a C or D for delivered product.
Friend sent me a picture of the flowers that I ordered for her. They are not at all what I expected them to actually be. The arrangement is different, smaller and in a different vase than shown on the site and stated in the description. I plan to contact customer service over this issue
Very difficult ordering from mobile! Unable to just edit and return to cart! Had to delete previous order and redo everything. The arrangement looked HORRIBLE! Will never buy from this site again!

I ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend for our anniversary this past weekend. Now the color I ordered off the website was yellow, which they ended up giving me orange instead, because the yellow was unavailable. Now I also upgraded the bouquet to the premium one which I was under the impression that they were going to receive a bigger and fuller bouquet. That was not the case, the boquet my girlfriend recieved was not was described as the premium upgraded package that I had paid for. If what I recieved was the upgraded package I don't want to imagine how small the normal one would actually be. I can email a picture of what was recieved if needed. But I just want to say I wasn't very pleased with my experience.
The plant I ordered was for my friend whose eldest son died. She said it was very pretty and fresh. I have not seen it personally as I ordered it sent to her home and not the funeral. Thank you for the prompt delivery.

Per my mother (the flowers were delivered to a funeral of a baby boy in another state, my mother lives there and attended.) the flowers arrived on time and were exactly what I described to her. They were lovely and the father actually used a rose from them to include in the casket.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
