I thought there was going to be more variety in the basket
Well I hate to complain again,and I realize my complaints belong to the flower shop...but.I will start with the positive.It was pretty,uniform in design,not as big as the picture makes it out to be and some of the flowers were substituted,and there was no orange or red flowers at all...IT WAS STILL OVERALL PRETTY! My problem is it should have came with roses!I do not consider throwing in 1 pink rose and two small yellow tea roses as having ROSES!They did not put in prime flowers as shown or listed.
Same day delivery ordered 1/17 before 3pm received 1/19 at 230pm
Would have received 5stars if I was able to see a visual comparison of the different size bouquets. However, bouquet was much bigger than expected, looked very similar to the picture I ordered from and both myself and the recipient are delighted with the purchase! Thanks for making my sisters birthday special.
Appreciated the ability to order on a Saturday evening and have the flowers delivered the next morning-- a Sunday. The gift recipient enjoyed the flowers and sent photos-- a very nice arrangement and very close to the photo. A good value.
Don't use them. Guaranteed delivery is no guarantee! I had flowers sent to a funeral. Got a message a couple of hours later saying they wouldn't be able to deliver that day (Saturday) and would do it Monday. On Monday at 5:15 p.m. I got a message saying they were unable to deliver that day, and would have to do it the next day. Needless to say, I wasn't very happy to have to call my relative to explain why I didn't send flowers to the funeral.
I expected a bigger flower arrangement, it was so small i was ashamed! Totally over priced!
I received a phone call to let me know that the flowers could not be delivered on the same day, as I had requested. I was told they would be delivered the next day, and that they would be upgraded free of charge.
The flowers were indeed delivered the next day. I have no idea if they were upgraded or not. The recipient was delighted with them.
Other than not speaking to anyone, and doing everything entirely over the internet, the order went fine. They delivered on time, and the flowers were beautiful. They do say free shipping, but they do charge $15 handling fee, so it's not really free!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
