Happy my mom was able to get flowers for her birthday - great you guys could do same day. A little pricey I felt but I could've also hand delivered them which would've been more hassle for me to drive that far, so it's worth the charge. Didn't look exactly as I expected but I think that's mainly because the lilies hadn't bloomed yet, which I'm hoping will make them last longer - otherwise they were right on point. You had some nice sales going though which was helpful, and site was super easy to navigate - plus the flowers were delivered on time right to my mom at work and she was super happy. Thank you!
I received a call stating the flowers were not able to be delivered the same day. Although I was extremely disappointed, it helped for customer service to call me - they upgraded the bouquet - and they called the recipient to see where she was so they could bring her the flowers then (the day after). I have no idea what the bouquet looked like (florists design). Because of the call, I will try them again.
The shopping experience was great. I hope the flowers arrive today, it would be quite a nice surprise for my wife. My wife received the flowers on time and was genuinely surprised and very happy with it. Thank you so much!
