First of all, I paid for same day shipping and 4 hours later after I placed my order I received an email because it couldn't be delivered on that day. So, I was promised to receive an upgraded arrangement, but the one I received did not look bigger than the one I ordered.
Also, the flowers looked like they were about to die and kind of old.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
