It was easy to purchase, But it looks nothing like the picture of what I ordered. Half the size. If I bought the reg size not super would you have only sent a candy bar? I would not recommend this to anyone.

The arrangement looked a little pitiful compared to the picture online on the order site. It was all ribbon and very few flowers and looked thrown together pretty willy nilly. I got these for my daughter and she sent several pictures to me. I only got the basic flowers but I expected them to look like the picture, fuller, with little ribbons tied on the vase. I feel like I was jipped because I ordered threw ebates.com.
My girlfriend loved em. Not only the idea of gettin em,but the gift it's self. Asked her the quality of em n she said really nice. If she was happy then I'm happy.

I paid extra for delivery before noon and the flowers were not received until after 5pm.

So much easier to use this website than others I have tried in past.The delivery person called me after delivery to let me know the receiver was not at home and the flowers were left on her front porch. From start to finish the service I recieved and the site i navigated was smooth and easily used. I had prior to finding this site attempted to utilize a competitor's site and it repeatedly returned me to the same page rather than progressing with my order. Yours was awesome. Thank YOU!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
