The arrangement was sloppy and only vaguely like the picture. I ordered orange flowers and they came with brown edges. For $60, I expect freshness and accuracy.
I never received the plant I ordered! Then when the replacement was shipped out, it was delivered a day late! The florist did not have the plant I ordered, so someone just picked a different plant for me, I was not notified until after the delivery was made. I am not happy with this company at all. The first customer service rep I spoke to named. Marcus was helpful I showed some concern about making it right. The second customer service rep, named Corina, did not care that I was not happy and really did not do anything to solve the issue. She did tell me that the original florist that was used was an on going problem. When I asked her then why was he still being used She did not have an answer. I will not use this company again. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY. I WILL POST NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE AND AND HAVE EVERYONE ELSE DO THE SAME! This company does not care about its customers at all. You do not get what you order. I am extremely unhappy with this company!

Easy website to use, excellent prices, and beautiful arrangements...hoping the real bouquet is just as beautiful.
Delivery was not made on specified day... Contacted customer service the day AFTER bouquet was supposed to be delivered. They assured me the flowers would be delivered by 5pm; at 7:30pm the arrangement was finally delivered. Very disappointing. Customer service reps were very helpful, just disappointed in the florist in Casa Grande, AZ.

It was easy to purchase, But it looks nothing like the picture of what I ordered. Half the size. If I bought the reg size not super would you have only sent a candy bar? I would not recommend this to anyone.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
