Despite paying extra for guaranteed noontime delivery, the package was not delivered on time. Two e-mails were poorly responded to, but the customer service representative was helpful upon calling.

I would like to qualify my 1 star rating on price. The reason for the 1 star was based on the fact that I paid additional for early delivery which did not happen. Now, this was not your fault, but rather the fault of the florist who you subcontracted with. I know it is only five dollars, but it would have been nice had the florist been honest and owned up to their problem and refunded that money as a gesture rather than lie and keep that fee.
The large shipping and handling fee at the end caught me by surprise. With the other fees associated with delivering in today and within 4 hours, it seemed pretty high. But should be totally worth it if the flowers arrive on or before the max time (4hr) allotted.
My flower order experience was not pleasing at all. I originally ordered the flowers for my mother's birthday and wanted them delivered to her job as a surprise. I paid an expedited delivery fee so that the flowers would be delivered to her before 12 pm. I waited until about 1 pm before I called your office, because the delivery still had not been made. The lady that helped me gave me the impression that it's wasn't a big deal. If it hadn't been my mother's birthday I would have cancelled the order and asked for a refund.

I liked your selections but I don't like the hidden fees (tax,delivery fee). Its not fun having to keep changing bouquets because of finding out the total price at checkout. I was also disappointed in the delivery time. I stated that it was a business, so it should have been delivered before 5. But they did not get there till around 6.
I ordered Deluxe roses but was billed for Premium, a difference of 14 dollars. I couldn't get the system to change Premium back to Deluxe, so I paid 14 dollars more than I wanted to, but I didn't have time to call to get it straightened out. In the future, i will order from a local florist.

Ordering process and delivery worked great. My friend sent a picture of the flowers and I was very disappointed by the size. I ordered the largest arrangement size And it looked like she received the smallest one.
I would have to get more involved with the order process if I were to use you again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
