Very upset that I paid a extra $4.99 for early morning delivery and my order was delivered at 1:25pm. Also my arrangement was beautiful but missing a few things that was in it which was the purpose of me wanting this certain arrangement and I paid extra $3.00 each for latex ballons and when I recieved it one of them was already deflated. I jus wasn't impressed especially with the price I paid for everything :/

Flowers I ordered were delivered a day late. Delivery attempt on first day was not possible due to it being a gated community. I e-mailed that day to let them know that it wasn't a gated community, then I had to call the next day to tell them about it not being a gated community (I was put on hold for an exceptionally long time). I will never use this site again.
The ordering part was quick and easy (and overall not a bad price, shocked by the surprise $15 handling fee but alrigt.) The problem was with the delivery time. I placed the order at 7:45am est. When I was unable to obtain confirmation via the track your order option by 12pm est, I called the service number. Thomas (who was very polite) asked me to hold while he confirmed with the florist. I was told that as the order was unable to be delivered before noon in the time zone the order was to go to, they would reimburse the delivery fee and it would definitely be there by early afternoon. When I checked with the recipient at 5pm their time, the flowers were JUST being delivered (by most people's definitions this would be either LATE afternoon or early evening.) Bottom line. Yes the flowers were delivered, but only after surprise fees, having to track an order, and feeling lied to by customer service regarding delivery time. Maybe things will be better for those not needing same day service (ie: deaths that you can't schedule.)
I thought I ordered purple flowers & got pink instead. But they were still beautiful.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
