Beautiful Flower arrangement arrived right on time and brightened my daughters day!
I saw a picture of the flowers I sent and it did not resemble the the catalog picture the colors were accurate but the flowers appeared skimpy.
At first I was happy to find a place with last minute baskets. I didn't mind having my options limited by my desired delivery date because the date was more important to me. My significant other just got a nice, full time chemistry job. So, I wanted to send goodies for those days when he didn't want to cook real food after work.
However, I got a phone call the day the package was to be delivered saying my basket wouldn't be delivered. I wouldn't have paid the extra fees or even chosen that specific basket if I knew that my package wouldn't be delivered as desired. I was told it would be delivered the next day. The company offered to waive the extra fees.
Well, the next day came and I got another phone call- my package wouldn't be delivered AGAIN. I was infuriated. If I wanted a package delivered in three or four days I would not have ordered from this company at all.
The company did offer me a few small discounts but now those have show up as credits...which expire in two weeks...I have no interest in using this company again in the near future.They are very short staffed. The staff themselves were calm and tried to be helpful.
My experience wasn't awful. It appears that the basket was delivered to my boyfriend...two full days late...and the products themselves seem fine. However, like I said, in the future I will be using my regular company or making it myself. I haven't decided what to do about the credit yet. I can't imagine what will happen during busy holidays like Valentine's Day. Good luck to those use this company. I hope your experience is better than mine.
Ordered these before seeing then freaked out after seeing how bad they all were. I ordered the deluxe ones in the picture and that; s what came. The delivery guy called me thinking it was her to ask where her office was even though I put it on the address... Who calls the recipient like that (He thought it was at least)? The problem with this company and a lot of other ones is they just basically have a big address book for local florists in your area and have absolutely zero control over quality control. It's a complete crap shoot who is doing it. As you can see from the picture that's what the $70 actually buys you.
I loved the price and the product that was delivered. When I was dissapointed in the time of the delivery they gave me a gift certificate. Good service

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
