Tried several times to pay via Paypal but it kept kicking me out so I had to resort to a credit card. If you no longer accept Paypal you might want to remove it as an option

I ordered flowers to be delivered on 2/5 and they were not delivered until 2/6 after recipient left. Instead of calling they left the flowers on front door step all weekend. I called customer service and they were very accommodating and said they were going to upgrade my order and deliver on Monday with a note apologizing for the error. I was notified by the recipient that again they left flowers outside, no call, and no upgrade or apology given. I will never order flowers from this company again.

Super easy...affordable...they are being delivered on Feb. 5th so I don't know how they turned out yet, but the picture is nice and the photo vase option is AWESOME! I'm sure she will love it! After seeing the vase and photo copied picture that came eith it...unassembled...NOT HAPPY...total rip off and i ordered 3

Wrong vase. Website said red vase. Vase substitution policy was not on mobile site where I ordered. Delivery was late. Presentation was not as promised.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
