Price was good and option for same day delivery was reasonably priced too! However, my order could not be processed and delivered same day even though it was placed before 3pm. The CSR assured me that the bouquet would be upgraded for the inconvenience. I saw the bouquet at my mother's house yesterday and it was definitely not upgraded. It was pretty but not what an upgraded bouquet should look like.The CSR I spoke to seemed very confused as I had to repeat my request regarding delivery time at least 3 times.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
