I was disappointed to visit my friend and seeing that the arrangement I ordered was not even close to what was received, not even close.
Delivery time was great just wish the arrangement looked closer to what I picked on line.
I purchased same day delivery flowers for my daughter's 18th birthday. I was glad they were delivered within the hours specified in the website. My daughter also loved them. To her they were in the form of a heart. She was very happy with the arrangement and I was very happy that she was happy. So, two satisfied customers here.

Wasn't very happy at all. One bouquet was ok, one was NOTHING like the picture shown and the other not sure what it looked like. The fruit basket arrives a day later than was scheduled. I paid alot of money to surprise family and would probably NEVER use this service again. I called talked to someone when I saw the second bouquet and how truly unhappy I was with it. I couldn't hear her on the phone very well and thought I was getting a refund and instead received only a $8 credit which again VERY disappointed. I have pictures of what the bouquet should look like and what it was and would post if I could. AGAIN SAD AND VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!
Very easy process on mobile device and quick. Love that the florist can design the arrangement too. They created a beautiful arrangement with purple flowers. Sister hates pink but loves purple. I thought it would be weird with all purple flowers but they used several types and various hues. Final product was beautiful
I paid the extra to guarantee delivery to my wife's workplace no later than 12pm. I contacted my wife's coworker to let her know I was expecting the flowers and to let me know if they showed up on time. At 1230pm, she called me to let me know they still had not arrived. The bouquet finally arrived at 1pm, an hour after the guaranteed time. When I called the customer service line to let someone know, I was placed on hold, the "customer service rep" spoke to me as if I wasn't telling the truth, told me she would refund the fee, and I felt like she rushed me off the phone.
It was a very pleasant experience the flower were beautiful and they arrived just as promised the same day thank you so much for making this a great experience for me
A great experience, flowers delivered as promised in California and my sister seemed delighted. I am a happy customer. I placed my order late on a Friday night and they had been delivered by lunch the following day. Would use this site again.
The website looks nice and has many different arrangements to pick. The only complication with the site itself is there are many promotions running and it is difficult to quickly change discount codes to see which is the best deal for you. I had to complete my order 4 separate times with 3 separate coupons to compare the values.
Delivery time was very punctual even with only 24 hours notice. The arrangement (Love Is In The Air) was made at a local florist and since no one was home to receive the delivery, they left a note to pick the arrangement up at the florist. If the order was simply flowers without a vase, I would have wanted to them to leave the flowers, but since a vase was included, I was happy that they brought it back to the florist for later pickup.
In terms of the flower quality, not all the roses looked super healthy, but it's to be a bit expected in the middle of winter. The other flowers in the arrangement looked much better. Also, I was a tad underwhelmed with the arrangement size. I purposely chose the "deluxe" size to match what is presented on the website, but the actual arrangement still seemed a bit undersized. Next time, I may opt for the "premium" option instead.
All said and done, the recipient did enjoy the flowers very much and I can see returning to fromyouflowers in the future.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
