I appreciate the customer service. I provided the incorrect date when first ordering. Called customer service and they were able to change the date without any problems. The CS representative had kind and professional phone etiquette.

I was not happy that the flowers I ordered for my wife's birthday were not delivered to her directly. I had to go get them and give them to her. I paid for a service that was not executed in the manner I presumed. It put a damper on the whole day I had planned.

My aunt got out of the hospital from open heart surgery and I hadn't been able to make it to visit her. I wanted her to have flowers the day she got home, and very soon because I felt so bad. I didn't even order 4 hour delivery, and within 2.5-3 hours she had her flowers! She sent me pictures and they were absolutely beautiful. They bloomed exactly like the picture on the website. I will definitely be re-ordering from here the next time I need to send flowers. Thank you!
Horrible bouquet arrived two days late. Looked nothing like pictures led me to believe it would, had about seven flower stems total, and this was after it was "upgraded" because they failed to deliver it on the correct day...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
