My daughter was having a baby. I paid extra to have the flowers delivered on Fri 2/6/15. The flowers did not arrive. I called the fromyouflowers and asked what the problem was. The told me they were unable to deliver them Fri. I then asked that they be delivered the following morning 2/7/15 - which I was told they would be. The flowers did not arrive until later in the afternoon. I also paid a little more for the upgraded size and was not impressed with the size of the arrangement.
The items I ordered were delivered and it was my complete order, however, the quality of the product was not good. The items received were not anything like the picture online. I contacted the customer service and was told the items are subject to change and I was given a $10 dollar gift certificate. When I stated that was not acceptable and would like to contact a manager I was given 35% off and then a $20 dollar gift certificate. I accepted that because I didn't want to keep going back and forth. I now have a $20 dollar gift certificate and I will not be shopping this site ever again from my experience.
Would like to see order total before going to paypal. I didn't know what the shipping charges would be.
The flowers were not delivered on the day promised. An upgrade was offered but I had already purchased the highest price arrangement. I had paid for Saturday delivery and had to call about a refund for that. I did receive a 10% refund.
Experience was a pleasant one and hoping delivery is just as pleasant!

Ordered for my wife as a surprise, delivery was terrible. Will never order from fromyou flowers.com. When I contacted customer service they said it was ok according to their standards and sent an e-gift card to me for $14 and some change, lower than the amount they said. Just horrible service all around.
Despite not getting the flowers on the exact day I originally planned (recipient issue), I called customer service and left an email with a request for the next day at a specific time slot and they were delivered at that time. My grandmother was ecstatic over how gorgeous the flowers were. I'd absolutely recommend them again!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
