There was a large shipping and handling fee that I was not aware about. From a 27 dollar order of flowers to a 50 dollar order was not what I was looking for. Very disappointed this was brought upon me at the checkout on the last page!

It was not what I ordered. Not even close! If your company didn't have the flowers I had picked, I would of liked a call or maybe an email of a photo of the flowers that we're going to be sent, so I would know they were in the same price range and so I wasn't shocked when my mom showed them to me.

The test will be if the flowers arrive as ordered...they arrived as planned within the 4 hour window. The order was for my daughter, who lives in a sorority house. The delivery man was having trouble getting access to the home (middle of the day, no one answered). He waited until one of the girls was leaving and asked that she give the flowers to my daughter. He was willing to do what it took to deliver the flowers as planned. And he called me back when he had delivered the flowers. Nice.

Flowers were for my dad's viewing. They were 6 hours late. Customer service kept lying as to why they were not there. First they said they were delivered. Swore the funeral home had them.Then they said the driver was on his way then they said the driver was injured in an accident earlier that day-that he fell first thing in the morning and thatItheyneeded a new driver. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
