Great I wou order again from you fast delivery
We have ordered twice from this site and will never order from it again. The flowers are beautiful, but no matter what the order never arrives when it is supposed to. The last time was particularly bad, so I was given a refund for the expedited, same day shipping, but the refund didn't make up for the fact that the flowers did not arrive when they were supposed to and a timely gift was RUINED.
Delivered to neighbor cause they weren't home but couldn't tell my daughter what house they left it at. A blue car in driveway.neighbor brought to house after 6:00. Plus I was supposed to not pay delivery, but on my bill.
I wish there was a way to change the delivery date during the checkout process... like right before you place the order. Other than that, everything was great!

Never disappointed BUT, this time I was disappointed that the flowers did not get delivered on the birthday, but the next day they were there. I don't feel the flowers were what I had seen on the picture and they were suppose to have been an upgrade, I did not actually see the flowers myself but family sent pictures I am hoping when I receive my credit card statement the price I expect to see will be the price at the time I ordered.
The flower arrangement was not right seems all the small roses on one side and just like set in the vase no real professional arrangement. Sorry to have to complain but I have never been disappointed before and thought you should know.

It didnt arrive after i called 3 times to make sure it will be delivered on my friend's birthday.
Very dissapointing.
I appreciated the fact that the local dealer called me when they could not fulfill the order as requested. The personal touch was encouraging. I did not get to see a picture of the final product, which would have helped. But I did hear from the recipient that they were very appreciative.
I loved this experience and I would definetly recommend friends and family members because of the service quality. Although personally I think paying $91 was unnecessary and the price was way too high. Other than that it was great!
Placing the order was easy and the selection was great. I was also happy with the delievery notifications, but then my client sent me a photo of the floral arrangment and it looked awful! I was embarrassed to have sent the flowers and felt it made me look bad instead of thoughtful I could not recommend you therefore.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
