I did not see the delivery charge prior to ordering and was surprised that it was so high. I also did not see the same day charge before the accounting. I might have looked further if I had seen these charges up front.

Flowers were placed by the Funeral Home where they could not be missed. The grieving family saw them
Right away and had to see who sent them. The deceased was a military man and the family could not have been more pleased.

Had problems first time I used you site...flowers were not what was expected. Trying again due to AMEX offer. On this second purchase, item delivered was not what I ordered, nor reflective of price paid. I ordered a Premium arrangement, specified to be in yellow container with predominately yellow lilies and pink and white roses. Arrangement was sent in "stock" clear container, did have yellow lilies and some pink roses, but the selection was made based on description and picture of a "special" yellow container. I contacted Customer Service and received auto reply that "substitutions can be made", and a $15.00 coupon for my next order. It didn't seem to matter that the YELLOW was quite important in my selection, and the upgrade to premium did little to ensure I got what "was advertised" and shown on website.
The flowers looked nothing like what I requested. They were all pink and I received colorful flowers and no lilies!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
