I never saw the flowers myself, so I could not honestly answer the final question about satisfaction with products/services. An email from recipient described the colors of flowers delivered--which seemed to be exactly what I ordered-- and the recipient expressed great pleasure with the flowers.
Services were excellent, I think, despite the flowers not being delivered in the "guaranteed" time slot. I received a phone call telling me about an unavoidable delay;flowers were delivered by noon the following day, which was fine.
