The order unfortunately was not delivered before 12pm and extra was paid so that it would be delivered before 12pm. Also there was suppose to be purple wax flowers along with the purple roses and there were no other flowers with the purple roses just purple roses only. Other than that the roses were beautiful and the recipient was happy

Purchasing flowers for delivery was quick and easy
The arrangement that was delivered looked nothing like the arrangement that was pictured on the website. It was to be used as a centerpiece for a table or fireplace mantle at the home repast following a funeral. What was delivered was more appropriate for sitting on the floor. The customer service reps and supervisors were extremely understanding and helpful but that one positive did nothing to rectify the problems with my order. This was finally settled 2 days after the funeral with a total refund. However, to add insult to injury for a grieving family, the florist went to the house that same day and retrieved the arrangement that was delivered. The only reason I will give this company a second chance is because of their customer service competence and professionalism. A word of advice: If you want an arrangement to look like very similar to a photo on their website, ask them to check with the florist first and notify you of any changes that need to be made. They will be happy to do that. Wish I had known.
I purchased a pretty arrangement suitable for a 10 year old girl, pretty white flowers with large pink roses sprinkled throughout. I understand florists sometimes have to substitute flowers or change the design a bit. However, the arrangement delivered bore no resemblance to what I ordered. The flowers were half dead, cheap and poorly arranged. The arrangement wasn't even the same color. It was horrible and I can't believe the florist would deliver such a mess. The customer service I received from FromYouFlowers was wonderful, however nothing can make up for my granddaughter's disappointment.
