The flowers and vase were not similar to the picture or description on your website. However, for the price I paid, I would recommend you company to friends. Please check the florists you choose, I believe they could have done a better job.

I ordered a Sympathy bouquet for a beloved co-worker. I asked my fellow co-workers if they would like to "go-in" on the arrangement. I shared the photo from your advertisement with them and we agreed "Beautiful in Blue" was perfect. We upgraded to "Deluxe", paid for delivery before 12pm and waited with anticipation for the arrangement to arrive. At 1:15pm, a small, disappointing bouquet with bruised flowers arrived. We were all shocked. They asked me, "Is that the bouquet?" It looked like a $10 grocery store arrangement. It made for a very awkward situation. Our co-worker was touched with our thoughtfulness, but we were all a bit angry and very disappointed, yet we put on our supportive faces the best we could. I contacted you, but had no reply.

The delivery was one day late due to no local shop available on Sunday. I was told my daughter would receive an apology for this upon delivery. That did not happen so I had to explain why her gift was late.

Delivery fee is WAY to expensive! The flowers did not arrive at the time promised. Customer service was excellent and offered a note or call of apology and delivery the next day. They offered to upgrade my order BUT when the recipient FINALLY received the order, it looked NOTHING like what I thought I paid for AND it did not look any fuller! Instead, the florist used Baby's Breath to make it "fuller"! I am extremely embarrassed that my recipient received that cheap looking arrangement!

It was delivered to an apartment with no one home. Should have been left at the apartment office instead of returned for gift recipient to pick up next day at a different location. This was fresh fruit and after picking it up next day it had fruit flies inside packaged gift.Some if the frapes were already molded as well. I assume from being wrapped and left in less than adequate temperature conditions. Disappointed for the recipient of the otherwise nicely made fruit basket

Not good paid for expedited service to surprise some one. Flowers were suppose to be delivered by 12pm they didn't get there till 3pm. And I called customer service three times and they told me three different stories. Don't think I will order flowers again from this company.
