The process is pretty easy, but I was very disappointed that my delivery was not made on time and I didn't receive a phone call from anyone letting me know what happened. I had to call and inquire. It would be nice if the sender could receive a picture of the finished product by text or email so that you know in the end what you purchased.
I really like everything, the details on the gifts, the customer service was awesome very polite people, they called me and helped me with what i needed in order to make this special for my girlfriend. Everything was going perfect but Unfortunately the only issue was the delivery. My girlfriend received my delivery but not in a polite way from the person who made the delivery, she said that the driver was not polite, and rude. If they were to be just as friendly from the beginning of the order to the end, I will give them 5 stars.

I paid the $4.99 for expedited shipping with a guarantee it would be there before noon on the 23rd. It was not and I ended up calling CS 3 times to find out where the flowers were. I was told someone would let me know and that didn't happen until I made my last call and was told I would get an electronic delivery notification. The flowers were not delivered until after 8pm on the 23rd. It irritated me because all I got was a run around and no one could tell me when they would be delivered. It was very unprofessional. I will not be using this service again.
The floral arrangement is beautiful & I really appreciated there was one offered in the shape of a Cross. I think this is a meaningful symbol of condolence, hope, & comfort in a time of grief and loss. It's a sign of hope in the face of our own mortality, and also a reminder of our humanity in consideration thereof. Thanks much for the thoughtful offering for sympathy, introspection, & condolence.

I tried ordering multiple times but got dumped offline. Finally, I was successful. Then, I called the next day to see if the flowers had been delivered. They had not. I canceled the order because my daughter would be leaving school before the flowers arrived. Skip this company and call a local florist.

Sometimes, pricing is misleading and confusing. However, I think, you're ok. Please keep me posted on delivery tracking.:-) these guys tried their very best to please the customers at all times. Mission accomplished!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
