I had issues placing the order on the website, tried multiple different browsers, but it would not let me choose a delivery date. Ultimately had to start over and complete the order on my phone. Also, I paid for expedited morning delivery and the flowers did not arrive until 1PM. I was refunded the expedited delivery fee however, so I am happy with the resolution of that issue. The recipient of the flowers was very happy with the quality of the product, so that was good. In summation, aside from the annoyance of ordering and delivery timing issues, the product was good. Overall service was probably not enough to convince me to order again, but customer service did promptly rectify my issues to my satisfaction.
The basket seemed small for the price. I paid $4.99 extra to have delivery by noon. It arrived after 1pm. It was a good service because I was short on time, but I will e more careful with my future purchases.

This was my first time using fromyouflowers. I needed a Sunday delivery and saw your web site. I have had some horrible experiences with florists and deliveries in the past and was hoping this wasn't going to be another one. I was pleasantly surprised when everything went smoothly and my recipient called Sunday afternoon to thank me and tell me how pretty the flowers were. I will definitely be using this site again.
I was disappointed with the flowers I ordered. They were delivered a day before the funeral & I paid extra to have them delivered the morning of the funeral. They were pretty but not what I ordered. I thought the bouquet would be much larger too.
Flowers were delivered a day late so I was upgraded. The flowers were meant to casually say hello to a friend from another state so there was no rush. Customer service was amazing. The flowers were specifically designed by the florist. I wish I could have sent a message to the florist specifying preference on colors rather than the florist just guessing. I'd be careful sending flowers to express condolences and letting the florist choose the colors... They just might end up using yellows or pinks. There is no way to let the florist know "this boquet will be for a funeral/wedding/just because/get well/anniversary/etc.".
Flowers were not delivered on time. I was not contacted that delivery would be late. After I contacted them the response from customer service was great.

Very disappointed. Had to call this company 3 different times to get my order delivered. They finally delivered it 3 days later. I would not recommend this company.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
