By far one of the worst experiences I have had in ordering flowers online. I ordered a bouquet on Valentine's day specifically because it was the only company selling sunflowers, my girlfriend's favorite flower. The bouquet came in on time, and before I could even have time to inspect the bouquet to notice there wasn't even one sunflower in my order, the delivery guy took off. I rate this company 1 star because I can't seem to rate it 0. The picture of the bouquet online was false advertisement and a disappointment. I will never order from this company again.
Flowers appeared to be cheap and not too fresh according to my husband and Di not look like the arrangement in the picture.
I paid extra to ensure a morning delivery, but the flowers did not arrive until after 1:30 pm. The roses that were included were brown around the edges and now, 2 days later are wilted. This was not a good experience and I will be making any more purchases from this company. I am very disappointed.
My order was posted at 9:40 am. Because of the importance of this delivery, I willingly paid for the same day fee and the expedited fee to guarantee 4-hour delivery. I checked on it several times during the day, finally getting a call at 7 pm requesting that I come to the door to accept delivery. I do not live at that business location, and it had been closed for 3 hours at that point. At 8:30 pm, I received an email stating that delivery had been made, though I know that the building had been empty since 4 pm! I called this morning and asked the front desk if any flowers had been delivered the day before or this morning. Nothing had arrived. I've cancelled the order and will not use fromyouflowers.com ever again.
So far so good...now I just have to see how flowers look and the delivery process before I make my final judgement...everything was A-ok...little pricey but not bad if you need flowers right away.

The flowers, presentation and delivery time were perfect, but although there was not a typo in my message when I put in my order, there was a typo on the card delivered. Overall a great experience though.

My favorite aunt passed away and I was unable to attend the service in CA just after the new year. Instead I decided to send an arrangement to the service. My cousins said the flowers were beautiful, the most spectacular and unusual arrangement at the funeral. Based on the feedback that I received from my cousins, the arrangement far exceeded my expectations. I will continue to utilize this service for my funeral service needs.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
