Shopping was easy. Flowers delivered were fresh and on time. I was disappointed that the no. Of flowers sent was quite less than what I saw in the online picture while ordering. Carnations were more than roses.

Once again I paid for the upgraded arrangement and it appears to be the middle priced arrangement (similar to the picture) even though I paid extra for the upgrade. If it is an upgrade it must be pretty minimal. I am not real happy with this service so I will no longer use it. Flowers did look nice this time though.

I feel the fees associated with the purchases need to be more clearly displayed throughout the process and not just at check out. It comes across as you trying to be dishonest and pull a fast one on your customers.
