I have emailed customer service and have not heard back yet. I ordered the sunshine and tulips bouquet. What arrived looked nothing like the bouquet I ordered. No tulips and very little yellow flowers or anything that was shown in the photo. Very disappointed

I ordered a funeral wreath and what I got was a spray. I paid extra for a memorial banner for a very special friend and there was not one. Next time I will find and call a local florist myself. Arrangement was pretty but was not what I ordered or wanted.

Well the flowers were delivered to my mom.the delivery person NEVER knocked or rang the doorbell so she did not know she had a delivery. When she got them out of the box the flowers were Frozen...I was very disappointed with the delivery and now the flowers are dead...I will be calling customer service to voice my complaint. Not a happy customer and didn't make my mom's birthday very special...
My flowers were delivered a day late. I paid for same day delivery and didn't get that.
My order was suppose to be delivered by noon because of snow it was about 2pm, which was ok. The product I was bought for my husband on our anniversary, so it was picked out with a man in mind. It was suppose to be a white bear w/ 3 balloons that said I love you on all 3, plus looked like colors for a guy. Instead he got a red I love you bear w/ 4 balloons a pink star, one red round balloon, another round hot pink balloon & a round balloon that said "you're so special". REALLY, totally opposite of want I wanted as a gift for my husband! I wish I could send a picture because it really looked like left overs from Valentine's Day! Wasn't happy at all! And if the rating is high than a one star than its because when I went to go rate it, it wouldn't let me take away stars when I hit the wrong star! I will never order again from this site. And if you try to call good luck, they keep you on hold at least an hour until you finally give up!
These flowers were for my mother-in-law in Indiana. I purchased the "birthday cake". She thought it was a real cake and couldn't believe how absolutely beautiful the arrangement was! Thank you.
I was happy with the speed of my delivery, but I was a bit underwhelmed with the quality of the flowers. I even made sure to get the mid-price range (deluxe?) so as to get a better quality bouquet. I did not like the plastic flowers, they cheapened the bouquet quite a bit, and the overall size of the bouquet was pretty small, it was probably not more than a 10-12 inches tall. The other flowers were quite pretty, but I guess overall I was not blown away by them. Luckily my mom still loved them!
