Great value! Flowers were delivered during the specified hours. Even though they didn't look exactly as the picture or description, the florist did a very good job of making it look pretty! Will definitely order again soon!
The only thing that was wrong was the name from the sender was misspelled and read Sis. The receiver had lost her sister 2 weeks ago so it caused a discussion because these ladies are and were in their 80-90. Just be very careful to spell things correctly. The flowers very beautiful and mistakes happen. I would use the site again
The flowers were gorgeous but they were advertised to come in a "unique red swirl vase" when they were delivered in a red mason jar. Also, when they were delivered to a place of business, if would have been helpful to have some type of box considering they would be going home. My wife had to drive home holding the mason jar of flowers.

I ordered the flowers for my mother on Feb 9 for next day delivery on Feb 10. The occasion was my late brother's 50th birthday. He died suddenly 6 years ago and as the youngest of 4 children, this was a meaningful date for our family.
On Feb 10, my mother received a call that the flowers would be delivered that afternoon, however they did not arrive until Feb 11.
I am very disappointed in your service and would not recommend your company as you cannot be trusted to deliver on your promises.

I ordered a purple arrangement, but got red. The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the picture I ordered. However, the flower shop did make every effort to make sure the arrangement got to its destination, even though the weather was bad.
Flowers and roses were fresh but we're not put together. They arrived in brown cardboard boxes from UPS and all items were seperate. Made everything look cheap and ruined the moment and surprise.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
