Purchased my order for it to be delivered between morning and noon and it was not. Called and talked to customer service and they could not get a hold of the florist. Was called later that day by customer service saying they were sorry and that my order could not be delivered that day. I asked to have them delivered the following day between morning and noon, I was told that they could not guarantee that my order would be delivered during that time frame. The order was delivered after noon the following day. Frustrated with this whole buying experience and to top it off I have to call customer service again because I was told I would be refunded the extra fee for having my order delivered between morning and noon on the original day, still have not received my refund. The company seems to be unorganized and I will not be doing business with them again.

The only issue was I couldn't change the zip code because it saves automatically but I emailed customer service and they fixed it right away. Very satisfied!

The only problem I had was that I paid extra for delivery before 12pm, but the flowers were not delivered until 2:30pm. I called customer service and reported the problem and was told I would be credited the extra charge for early delivery.
Easy ordering! Flowers were not EXACTLY the same, but very similar and the bouquet was really pretty! No problems. Delivered on the day they were supposed to be.
Great, i asked for something "13 " on or in the basket of candy and they wrote 13 on the balloon. The basket was exactly as on website

The plant did not look like the one in the pictures. Based on the money I spent I would have expected a bigger plant with it being more full. It looked somewhat puny. And I ordered a "thinkin of you" balloon and they gave me a "get well " balloon.
Shopping was easy, but I chose $40 item and it is costing me almost $80 to send. That seems high. But I did like that you called me with a question on drop off since the order was going to a college campus.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
