Thank-you for the discounts...I am a retired teacher. I received a call the day of the delivery (February 26th). I was told that the flowers that I ordered would be substituted for another bouquet. What could I do? This was not what I expected. I didn't have time to order at another flower company. This was a special surprise for my daughter's birthday. Please look into this matter. Thank-you!

Also the person I sent the flowers to confirmed the arrangement was on the small side even though I upgraded to the Premium arrangement plus added a balloon and box of chocolates. Not impressed.
I was not happy with the delivery fee. When the delivery fee is almost half of the cost of the product that is a little steep.
I am putting NO as my answer to the question below unless you are going to reduce the 14.99 deliver fee.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
