I ordered the same flowers for two different people to thank you for a special week-end. I assumed that both women would receive the flowers approximately the same time, but this did not happen? One was deleivered by one florist who called me confirming delivery early in the day and I didn't hear anything from the other delivery which got me concerned since I had heard from the one already. I called customer servuice and they were helpful. It all worked out and the 2nd delivery did arrive that same day much later. If the the order was for the same exact flowers to the same exact palce, it is confusing to me why it was not the same florist or same method of delivery?

Very upset my parents flowers were left on a porch which is not closed in in the pouring rain and were tipped over by wind. Very unprofessional.
