The purple roses were dyed. I thought for the price, they would be real purple roses
SO EASY TO PLACE AN ORDER. I WILL SPEAK WITH MY MOM TO SEE HOW THEY LOOKED WHEN SHE GETS THEM ON THURSDAY :) When I spoke with my sister (my mother is convalescing), she said they were so very pretty and smelled great! Thank you so much for being a part of our lives.
I ordered a box of chocolate not chocolate covered cherries. My girlfriend is allergic to them. This should have been disclosed before purchase. I never would have ordered them

I paid for the premium upgrade. It said there would be more flowers and a larger arrangement. Lots of carnations, but here were only 9 roses. Considering you sell two dozen roses for a lower price than I paid I was not happy with paying the premium price but receiving less than a dozen roses. Bottom line I guess it is my fault as the specifics weren't listed but still, I am not happy with what seems to me to be a deceptive practice.
