Ordering was relatively quick and easy. However, the flowers my sister received looked nothing like the picture. They were much shorter than what was promised, 17", and there were a lot less flowers in the vase. $60.00 did not get me much. I've purchased flowers before from other vendors and I have never been as disappointed as I was this time.

The flowers were not received on day ordered but I did receive a phone call warning me as much and I do appreciate that.
The flowers were delivered several days past date request. However, the recipient was not home. According to photo of bouquet they were very lovely

Would not have given one star but survey would not let me proceed without selecting one star. Ordering was fast and easy, I selected for same day service. Found out flowers were never delivered until the recipient was exiting hospital stay. The 2nd customer service representative was extremely rude and acted in sympathetic and advised me to select a different service in the future. Ha! She needs to be retrained on customer service on how to just listen to the customer! I would never use this or recommend this service to anyone!
The price and selection was great!The flowers that were delivered were beautiful! My only issue was that the flowers were a surprise and the florist (Gallery of Flowers, Wilson NC) ruined the surprise by calling to find out where to deliver the flowers, they seemed to be impatient and kind of rude to be honest.

Timing was great I would have done it personally but I was in ICU at the time. The picture was so much more then what she received but still she was surprised. But over all it was a good surprise

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
