I did not receive a confirmation of the order until delivery day and did not receive a receipt.I was unable to print one because the page closed too quick and I could not pull my order back up.I tried to log into the account I set up and can not get in.
The website is very misleading regarding the "custom" vase. Had I know the picture was a cheap insert and not physically on the vase I never would have purchased this product for $12.99. Extremely dissatisfied with this cheap product.

I am very satisfied and I know that when I order (and I reorder) from you to have flowers sent anywhere they will be delivered on time. Oh, and the packaging was great for flowers that were delivered in very cold temperatures! Thank you.

Overall the selection and pricing seemed to be very reasonably priced and the site boasted about same day delivery. However upon starting checking out, there was a charge to get the flowers delivered same day and there was also a service and handling fee of $15 that was only tacked onto the total AFTER you supplied your credit card information. So the reasonable flowers you want to send same day for $35 have become $50. Probably won't use this site again for flowers and will contact someone locally.
The flowers were beautiful,and fresh.The arrangement was done exactly as the image provided.I was very satisfied,it did reach the funeral home a few minutes late,but they had enough time to set up everything,so overall everyone was pleased.Thank you for making the occasion less stressful.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
