Paid extra for fast delivery (within 4hrs). After 4 hours I hadn't heard anything so I called customer service that confirmed that the local vendor in Waco had sent them an email saying that they weren't going to deliver the flowers within the time frame based on a pure assumption that I wouldn't be home because of the time of day and area I live in (I paid extra because that's when I'd be home, which was completely ignored). Although they had contacted your customer service within an hour of me placing the order I never heard a word about it. Once I talked to your service representative on the phone she was very nice and helpful though.
This was the first time I had ordered online and I had a little trouble getting the delivery address right, but when I contacted your customer service office, it was all taken care of. My daughter received these and she was very pleased with them. Thank you for you good service.

I was sitting home thinking about my mom and how I only send her flowers on her Birthday or, Mothers Day. I thought to myself...why not send some flowers..."just because"? I came across this website and found not only could I order the flowers I wanted but, my mom would have them in the next four hours! I have shopped at various florists and for the money, I got a deal hands down. I think I have to send my mom flowers more often. The flowers really brightened her day and I couldn't be happier.
For the price I paid I was definitely expecting more than the little bouquet that was delivered. The bouquet however was nice arranged.
It's bad enough to have to be out of town and miss my wife's birthday. The flower arrangement was a huge hit. Good price, same day service, it really kept me out of the doghouse and in my spouse's good graces. Thanks.:-)

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
