Easy and simple order
I was and am still very unsatisfied with my order. This company false advertises and then their customer service is very rude and unhelpful when you try to resolve the issue. The order came in bad condition and was much smaller then promised. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

My order was not delivered on the day promised. It was an arrangement to mark the 1st anniversary of their loved one passing. Then I was told there would be a letter of apology that is was suppose to be delivered the day prior, they never received sucha note. 1st and more than likely last time using. It was important day, they thought I now remembered late. How do you make up for that?
