I had to place this order twice. The first time it did not go through. This was frustrating.
Very easy
The website was awesome, the choices were amazing, the delivery time was incredible, but the plant I ordered seemed terribly sparse. Maybe a flower arrangement would be nicer next time.
Hidden handling fees are not friendly nor make me want to return, but the next day delivery is nice and its not something I would ever skimp on. We will see how the quality of the flowers will be.
When I ordered, I sent a Gourmet Basket for a 21st birthday present. This was not what was received. Flowers were sent instead. After contacting fromyouflowers.com, they did send the correct item but not on the special birthday. I did get a refund for same day delivery of 2.99 but that isn't much of a compensation.

All was great. Only problem they were delivered on feb 26th not march 2 as requested.
But they stated they will re deliver on 2nd of march
Easy to use and good pictures. My friend said the flowers were beautiful.
Quick and easy; wish it was easier to use my overseas address for billing. Flowers arrived the next day eventhough I paid for same day delivery.
Delivery was late. Almost missed the recipient. I paid all of the extra fees for expedited delivery and it was still nearly an hour late. The arrangement received looked NOTHING like the picture. Very sparse arrangement. Very disappointed overall. I will be returning to 1 - 800 - flowers or a local flower shop in the future.
The flowers were so beautiful and when my wife received them, all of the other ladies in the office were so jealous that their husbands dont send them flowers as beautiful as these! Lets just say I was treated very well when she got home from work!
Out of all the flowers delivered mine looked THE WORST! Flowers looked droopy, and not all flowers listed in description were used! Also the greenery used for backdrop of flowers as seen in online picture was not used, Although other arrangements had it, so it wasn't a seasonal issue! Not happy but delivery time was great! I was able to find exactly what i was looking for on your site. I shopped several sites but could only buy a la cart what i wanted. When I started to check out there was an $8 discount but when I checked out it was gone. There was no discount. The prices were reasonable but the handling price I felt was pretty high. I ordered something that was priced at 21.99 and ended up paying $47 total. I thought that was too much but what I ordered was exactly what I wanted and it was do or die time because I was out of time to buy and it was for a child so had to be on time. So I paid for it.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
