I have no idea exactly when the flowers were delivered, and I feel like I paid extra for the "before noon delivery" when they weren't delivered until later in the day. The person receiving the flowers mentioned that they were delivered late in the day, so that's a little irritating.
So much more reasonable and easier than FTD!
