Horrible service

Horrible service. Paid extra for delivery by noon and that didn't happen. Plant was not delivered until 7:30PM and was tiny and partial dead. Had to call your customer service twice. First rep named Kathleen was no help what so ever. Second rep named Nicole did help me and promised a new delivery to the funeral site the next day and gave a upgrade on the plant for free. I have no idea what florist you are using in Lenexa, Kansas but I would suggest you stop using them. I won't order flowers or plants thru your company ever again. Was a horrible experience and very embarrassing for me to have a crappy plant delivered for to a family that just lost a loved one.

There were charges for same day delivery that are not listed while ordering the flowers. I think a more clear explanation during the order process would help.

Ordered and paid for same day delivery for a birthday. Order was never delivered. Customer service told me multiple times it was going to be sent. Ended up asking for a refund since the birthday was a week gone by and still no flowers.

The flower i ordered did not match the flowers i got. It was a different kind of bouquet, with different flowers than the one i had ordered. Also the vase i ordered said it would be red and i received a clear vase. I paid for what i ordered and expected to receive it, instead i got something different. Very disappointed.
