The company "guarantees" delivery and customer satisfaction. However, my delivery was 4 days late, despite numerous promises that it would be delivered "the next day." Additionally, the product I ordered was not in stock, and the arrangement which was delivered was nothing like what was pictured on the company website.
So far no problems now lets see how the flower are delivered what they look like.

The flowers were fresh and pretty, and the recipient was pleased. Unfortunately, the arrangement I ordered was not available after I placed the order. It would have been helpful to know that ahead of time. However, I was pleased with this vendor and will use them again.
The flowers I ordered were not delivered the day of my order I did receive an apology email and I did appreciate that they said the flowers would be upgraded and delivered the next day. I had ordered the sunflower bouquet all total it was $59.00 When it arrived the next day it was 4 Gerber daisies. I was extremely disappointed in the bouquet and for the price it was definitely not worth the price! And not at all what I ordered.

The process is simple and easy. The $15 handling fee is ridiculous for a less than $30 flower arrangement. The arrangement was adequate for the less than $30 fee and delivery was on time. My only disappointment is the $15 "added" fee for service & handling.
Surprise 14.99 s&h. Received an email stating the flowers where deliver. Called the next day and no flowers where delivered! 15 year aniversary! Thanks for nothing.
