I still think you should mention earlier than checkout that your prices shown are not all inclusive. It should say, "plus shipping and handling change" out "plus service charge" And have an "estimator" of those charges. By the time I realized that I would be paying a charge that, in my case, was an additional 75% of the price of the item, I had already set up an account and spent a lot of time. I needed to send the flowers, so I just accepted it, but I felt it was misleading. As for my satisfaction with the delivery time and the product, I don't really know as it has not been received as of yet. Since you have this comment tool, you could also have a tool to calculate/estimate these charges before the checkout our seeing up an account page.

I ordered the deluxe(i think? The medium size) flowers, a teddy bear and chocolate for a friend. From the picture they sent it looked like they received the smaller version and they also didn't receive the chocolate. I appreciated the service offered as well as the options but it was with a disappointing result.

Order was a day late. The order was a birthday present, causing disappointment and humiliation. Customer service offered a feeble 20% refund for flowers that had already begun to wilt after sitting in a truck overnight. This company is a joke and I will tell everyone I know about it!

The flowers were NOT what I had ordered and I immediately contacted FYF and was assured the correct arrangement would be sent. It is now 4 days later and my mother-in-law still has not received the replacement order. It seems that there should be a better way of FYF checking on orders from the their florists. The flowers I ordered were COMPLETELY different from what I delivered...different colors and different flowers. The arrangement that was delivered was nice but not what I ordered. I will not be ordering from FYF again.

Was directed to the link through amex site with the promotion. Was unclear that the prices displayed already had the amex discount applied. Upon arriving at checkout is when you realize your pricing was already discounted. Also the flowers arrived a day later as $2.99 was paid additional for same day delivery (that a fair price). But flowers did not get to the person they were sent to until the next day at which time I arrived and could have brought the flowers myself.

I didn't know the lilies came in bud form so when we received them the surprised effect wasn't there because what we got didn't look like the picture. We're waiting for them to open up but she was still happy she got flowers.

I found the flowers I wanted to surprise my wife on her birthday at a good price. My wife is a stay at home mom taking care of our infant daughter. However, delivery from the florist was all together a different story. Apparently their policy is to call ahead and if no one answers the call the first time, leave a message and postpone delivery, which is not egregious in my opinion. What irks me is the florist attitude about why they decide to conduct business in this way. They were not only rude to my wife in explaining their business decision but made it seem like it was her fault for not answering her phone when they called to check if she was home. This is not the first time I have ordered flowers for her at home and none of the other florists have behaved like this - they normally deliver, ring the door bell and if no one answers then call. In a nut shell, my birthday surprise to my wife was ruined by this florist and I will NOT offer them my business again.
