As mentioned in my email contact after delivery, I was VERY pleased with the arrangement. (I had ordered it for my boss for her birthday so not just any flowers would do.) I tried other vendors recently and we not at all pleased with their service.

Overall I was quite pleased. They arrived promptly, as promised. The only problem I had was that the arrangement didn't look quite as promised. In terms of quantity and size yes, but there was a color difference, nothing drastic, but a substitution was made for yellow roses and I had specified yellow.
I personally did not see the flower arrangement but was told by the recepient that they were beautiful.
My friend loved her flowers. There was a problem with the delivery however the customer service team was great. No hassles and even got a refund for the expedited delivery fee. Will order from them again!
I paid extra for a more "bountiful" bouquet but was disappointed when it arrived as it seemed to be quite a bit smaller and not as full as the photo online.

Originally it was scheduled for same day delivery, however that did not happened, but everything worked out wonderfully. I think in placing an order of the first 30-45 mins you should be contacted in regards if something is not available. This could have been an very important occasion and that is the only thing that had me a little uptight about things. But overall great job, He loved them and Thank you I will do business again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
