The flowers that were received looked NOTHING like what was ordered. I understand there may be some variances in the # of flowers that are used, however, the vase the bows mostly everything was different. I have ordered flowers on-line before but have never seen such a difference as I saw with these. Do not think I would order using fromyouflowers.com again:-(
LOVE THE SERVICE.
I paid for the order to arrive in the morning and It got delivered in the afternoon. Timing is everything (to me) when it comes to delivering flowers. So that ruined the whole experience..
Overall customer service was okay they tried to help as much as they could. But the product wasn't what I was expecting for the price that it was.

I loved that I saved a lot, I am a deal shopper and this was a very good deal with a good discount. My shipment came on time in fact it came a hour and half early and that I was very happy about, the flowers are beautiful and was in very good health, it was wrapped very lovely. They were a gift to my husband for all the good he dose for me and others and this was my way of thanking him and to keep our love alive. I will order again soon.

An Amazing Bouquet of Flowers was delivered to my Mother for her birthday the very next day after ordering them. She was very excited and happy how beautiful they looked
I placed an order for a candy basket same day delivery to my future husband at work. Late in the day, I received a confirmation email indicating that my order had been delivered; only to find out that it had not. The next day, I emailed the company and within an hour received a call stating that the delivery person was unable to find the location. ( The Providence Police Dept). The delivery was made the following day and I was given a discount on a future purchase. I would have preferred the same day delivery charge being removed from my bill.
Everything was great. Arrived in a timely manner.
Please note for the future - neither order had a finished product - i do not mind the vase & flower colors varied however ribbons were omitted on both which sadly made a difference, the arrangements lacked that finishing touch and sadly reached looked less expensive than original photograph.
This places is horrible keeps telling me it can do things it can both time I tried same day or never happen and they don't try to work with the price after they messed up
