It was very convenient and easy and fast it was not complicated at all I would use this at again.I was just surprised about the prices after I saw the total. You think you're going to pay 29 and you end up in 46 because of the two service Fees..., they add on which should be specified in the beginning not at the end... it should show something more like $29.99 plus expedited fees and handling at the beginning where they show the price

Never had so many problems ordering flowers online. First, what I ordered was not delivered. I ordered a deluxe bouquet of the Very Berry Carnations, what was delivered was a very small bouquet of 4 pink roses and 6 purple daises. When my father in law sent a pic of what was delivered I was angered and embarrassed for this was for my mother in law who is allergic to roses. Which all of the family knows. I called from you flowers and they gave me a 10 credit on a next order and reordered my Very Berry Carnations. Well the next day when I went to the hospital I saw what was delivered and was extremely disappointed and angered. What was delivered was a small bouquet of mini carnations that were red and yellow (my order was for regular sized carnations that were to be in the pinks and red hues and was supposed to be a deluxe bouquet). I called and complained and was told that I will be refunded and will receive a $20 credit. I'm still waiting to see the email for the credit and the refund to my Paypal account. Hoping its a 24 hour thing to see the credit and hoping I do not have to call again. I understand that from you flowers branches out to local florists that are in the vicinity of the delivery and hope they will look into why this florist was unable to complete this order as per from you flowers standards.
I only order my flowers from here now. The service is outstanding, delivery is on time and the prices are unbeatable!
Easy to use nice arrangements to pick from
Delivery didn't come the same day as promised and didn't recieve the flower till after 5p.m the following day when I was told they would be there by 2p.m not happy at all.

Ordered Tulips which were delivered beyond the delivery time promised and then received floppy.
I did contact customer service and they offered me a discount on my next order. I Don't know if I will order again with them or not.
I placed the order and was assured it would be delivered the same day which is why I used this site. I received an email later that evening saying the item could not be delivered that day. I had to wait until the next day for them to be delivered and the recipient didn't even recieve an apology like promised. I was promised a larger bouquet but it doesn't look like it was upgraded at all.

I placed my order with From You Flowers based on their advertising that they could deliver same day deliveries and on my Mother's Birthday her flowers were not delivered. I also paid extra to have a morning delivery and did not hear until 3:30pm that they were not able to deliver my order. They did however apologize and upgrade the arrangement but I would have liked to had been notified way before her Birthday was almost over. I also ordered a Get Well Soon balloon which they replaced with a Happy Birthday balloon because they assumed I had made a mistake. I really had a bad experience.
The ordering process was super easy! I just hope I have the same experience when delivering these flowers! I cannot wait to hear their response!
Great prices
I received a voicemail that the flowers I ordered to be delivered to a hospital patient were not able to be delivered because the patient wasn't registered. When I caled the hospital, he was registered. So I called customer service and was told that the flowers were returned. They called the florist, but got no answer. So I was told they would find out what happened and let me know. Then, I found out the flowers had been delivered from the recipient. I never received a callback from customer service confirming the delivery. Just a little glitch and undue stress, glad my friend did receive the flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
