Delivered very quickly, however, I was a little dissapointed in overall presentation. Was expecting something prettier. My aunt was still happy and that's all I cared about, but that's my honest opinion.
Charged extra for expedited delivery, but was delivered late. I hope they process the refund of the delivery charges since it was not delivered on time
The arrangement was terribly put together! Then when I called customer service and complained I was offered a new arrangement the next day. I then get a email the next stating the promised arrangement is not available for redelivery with no reason as to why! I would never use this company again nor would I recommend any family or friends to this company!
$15 for handling? Outrageous! I received a picture of what the arrangement looked like. I did not look full at all. Kind of disappointed I paid an extra $10 for middle size. I also got word that the arrangement wasn't delivered that day. The recipient was there all day and the delivery guy never rang the bell. She had till wait till after 4pm the following day to receive the flowers. I paid same day delivery charge. Would have been cheaper for me to drive from Austin to San Antonio and deliver myself.
I was expecting the flowers received would look like the picture shown on the website. It did not meet my expectation..
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
