Paid for same day delivery and it was not delivered. Instead of getting a discount or REFUND, I was only offered an upgrade on flowers. Which is not what I wanted. I will not recommend

This past time that I ordered flowers, I needed to change the location of delivery and fromyouflowers.com were very nice and accommodating with my changes.

The arrangement was terribly put together! Then when I called customer service and complained I was offered a new arrangement the next day. I then get a email the next stating the promised arrangement is not available for redelivery with no reason as to why! I would never use this company again nor would I recommend any family or friends to this company!

$15 for handling? Outrageous! I received a picture of what the arrangement looked like. I did not look full at all. Kind of disappointed I paid an extra $10 for middle size. I also got word that the arrangement wasn't delivered that day. The recipient was there all day and the delivery guy never rang the bell. She had till wait till after 4pm the following day to receive the flowers. I paid same day delivery charge. Would have been cheaper for me to drive from Austin to San Antonio and deliver myself.
