Quick and convenient. Website easy to navigate. Experience has gone smoothly so far. The only very small problem was that my mother's last name was incorrect. However, the address was correct, so all was well in the end. Per my father, the flowers are beautiful!

Problem with delivery arriving as promised, Customer service was right on it; contacted me that evening and made a generous offer for new delivery along with some extra perks, The gift did arrive as they said, and my family was very impressed with the it. I was very pleased with the way this was handled and am it's nice to feel this is a company that knows how to take care of its costumers. They certainly know how to run a business and I will call on them again.

It's pretty easy, I was happy to finally find an affordable flower arrangement of only carnations.

Unfortunately my flowers arrived messy and a few stems were broken completely in half. The lady who called to let me know she was there was kind of short tempered and rude. I expected more from this site. Especially after paying $40 for those flowers

At first I was very excited to find this website. I was excited to see the flowers I was ordering for my mom for her birthday.
At first I did believe the cost was a little high but I assumed I would get good quality.
I paid the extra for the delivery to be before noon. It was late. Yes I was refunded the $4.99 after calling in but an email notification would of been beneficial.
Also, the quality of the flowers my mom received was not what I paid for.
I emailed customer service and they were happy to send out a new bouquet of flowers. I called in and they told me a new arrangement would be delivered within the next two day.
My mom called me and was pretty upset that when they delivered the new arrangement, they took the old arrangement as well.
It might not seem like a lot but those were the initial flowers she got so they held a bit of sentiment value. I can understand asking for them back but it's not her fault or my fault that the arrangement wasn't right in the first place.
