The flowers that were delivered did not have as much in the bouquet as the one in the picture did which I assume was the regular price bouquet ($39.99) as that was what was showing as advertised on your web site, even though I ordered the premium bouquet ($59.99). We were disappointed.

I will never order from you again, you misrepresent in your pictures of flowers purchased and mislead people with your so called customer service. I even sent pictures to the customer service of what they showed about the item purchased, and sent a picture of what was delivered missing half of the flowers and the vase sent was a mason jar. If this is the type of products you sell, I want no more of your false advertising! And your token of an adjusted refund, even a bigger joke!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
