Has been addressed by Flowers Today... The local florist was not satisfactory but company attempted to rectify the situation.
I'm from PA, so I called this company to send flowers to mother who lives in FL. Yesterday was my mothers birthday and I was really hoping she would come home to flowers. Apparently same day delivery isn't always true. But, she will be receiving them today and I was please with their customer service after the situation took place.
Phone wait was too long when I couldn't get order to go through. But tried again since the delivery fee was waived. Thanks so much for that. Didn't get exactly what I ordered, but my Aunt said what she received was very pretty.
