Both flowers were to be delivered Fri March 6th. Ones to Lady lake were delivered the 5th cause delivery man "was in the area". Why were they on his truck Thurs. I was NOT happy...

Quality of product was very good, ordering on line steps easy to follow. Only complaint is they wait to the very end to throw in a service fee that was pretty hefty. Did not see that coming. So, the deal I thought I was getting was $15 higher.

Delivery was late by a day. Then it was at the ned of the secound day when it came. Fiunnaly got a customer service agent that took care of it, but that was after 3 contacts.

I felt like the arrangement I sent my mother in law for her birthday was extremely small for what I paid. It also did not look symmetrical. I was slightly embarrassed, but I blame the florist, not the website.

I didn't like seeing the handling fees only at the end of the transaction given they account for a big portion of the price final price. I thought this was a lack of transparency from the company.

Also, the flower arrived at 3:30 while I placed the order around 7am in the morning. I tought it was pretty late in the day.

I alsio paid for the premium bouquet which was supposed to be bigger than the one on the website picture. Overall, the size of it was very similar to the regular one, as displayed on the website.
