I like tht you offer next day service
Both flowers were to be delivered Fri March 6th. Ones to Lady lake were delivered the 5th cause delivery man "was in the area". Why were they on his truck Thurs. I was NOT happy...
Quality of product was very good, ordering on line steps easy to follow. Only complaint is they wait to the very end to throw in a service fee that was pretty hefty. Did not see that coming. So, the deal I thought I was getting was $15 higher.
Both recipients enjoyed their flowers and were very thrilled with how beautiful they were. Thank you for the quick service.
Delivery was late by a day. Then it was at the ned of the secound day when it came. Fiunnaly got a customer service agent that took care of it, but that was after 3 contacts.

I alsio paid for the premium bouquet which was supposed to be bigger than the one on the website picture. Overall, the size of it was very similar to the regular one, as displayed on the website.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
