Quick and reasonably priced
I had a hard time with mobile ordering but turned cookies on and it was fine. Shipping is expensive compared to cost of flowers so discouraged about that. I ordered same day delivery but didn't get it the next day because there was a snow storm. If they had sent it on the same day the snow wouldn't have interfered.
Online picture of flowers did not look like what was delivered.

Fast and simple
I received my order 5hrs late after I paid extra for a garunteed delivery time. The inconvenience ruined my anniversary surprise. I called customer care 3x's, it was a headache. I was not satisfied with the customer service at all
Flowers were nice. Would have preferred an earlier delivery as it showed up only 45 minutes before she left for the day not giving much time to enjoy them on her actual birthday.
