The fact that you don't include a14.99 Handling Fee until the confirmation page is equatable to daylight robbery. A more reasonable fee (already in EXCESS of the3 fee for same day/weekend delivery) would do wonders in creating goodwill with your customers and inspiring them to visit this site again. Until that cost is reduced, I will resume doing business at ProFlowers. The only reason you earned my traffic was through AmEx rewards so I thought I'd try something new. Overall, extremely disappointed.
BEST SERVICE IN YEARS
I was extremely frustrated with the delivery time of my purchase. I paid the additional fee to have my order expedited and delivered before noon, yet my order was (likely) the last delivery of the day from the florist chosen by this company.
I had to call twice (was on hold for over six minutes the first time) to confirm whether or not the order was even verified and on its way. I've sent a lot of flowers in my lifetime, and I've never had an issue with next-day, or priority flower deliveries. This was by far the most disappointing experience I've had.
I'm not sure I'll be coming back for a second try, which is unfortunate because the flowers were beautiful & vibrant - not a disappointing bouquet destined to wither after a day or two.

I ordered a plant/flower mixture that was really expensive and paid to have it delivered the same day. The delivery driver delivered it to the wrong house. I called Fromyouflowers and they got a hold of the driver. The driver called my friend and asked her if she got her flowers he left on the front porch. She didn't know what he was talking about because it was supposed to be a surprise! Several calls later the driver picked up the flowers from the wrong house and got them to my friend the next evening. I'm irritated about the whole thing, but expecially about the fact that I paid extra money for same day delivery and did not get that money back.
Pretty good once the shipping charge was removed. My mom was very pleased with the beautiful roses.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
